The Vudu D2D program is a great idea.just wish something similar existed for iTunes. Choose the source of the video that you want to rip. I've replaced many of the mainstream movies with official iTunes codes from the for sale thread, but like I stated above, iTunes codes aren't available for everything and I'm not paying full price again for every movie I want a digital copy of, when in some cases I've purchased a title on VHS, LaserDisk, DVD & BLU - the studios get enough of my money. Download and install Handbrake 0.9.5 or above version (the latest version is 1.5.1) and launch it. Read up on it but was still somewhat confused so I've been pretty much just using the presets. Can't to find the right settings to get at or near iTunes store copy quality though. You may take a quick look at the following tutorial on how to rip Blu-ray with Handbrake.
